We consign and sell fine new and used furnishings.

Furniture Traders- Cambridge carries furniture made in Wisconsin by different artisans and manufacturers.

Explore, design, create your perfect look with Marshfield Furniture

Each piece is custom made for you in Marshfield, Wisconsin. We can help you select the right look, scale and fabric. Design help is included so you can order with confidence.

Hand made wood furniture

Hand made wood furniture by Wisconsin artists means you get solid wood, not particle board and at a better price. Kitchen and living room pieces by Dan Korth (Cambridge) and Greg Reistad (Milwaukee) and Steven Smith (Madison).

Fine Used Furniture of All Eras

Each piece tells a story and this is how our store started. We look for pieces of all eras for our consignment offerings and the common thread is the piece must be excellent quality. Whether it’s modern, vintage or mid-century or antique, we only take high quality items meaning good material, well constructed, well preserved.

The inventory at Furniture Traders Stoughton changes often so keep an eye on our Facebook page for daily updates of new items.

Celebrating our local artists.

We proudly sell the work of Wisconsin artists including Steam Punk Design by Gail Pullara (Madison), Steampunk Lamps by Matt Gent (Cambridge), and sterling rings by Chris Mode. Last but not least, we are the only Wisconsin outlet for Rae’s Cheeky Pillows, guaranteed the gift most likely to get a laugh.

About Furniture Traders

Rebecca Anderson founded Furniture Traders in a cozy space behind the Cam Rock Cafe in 2013. The store quickly outgrew the location and for the next 4 years resided at 214 W. Main St. In 2017 that building was sold leading to a new opportunity for the business.

The Cambridge location moved one block to its present location at 130 W. Main Street. The store is owned and managed by Huck Gent. Gent has a background in history, art, furniture sales, hardware, carpentry and has a seriously great record collection that you will hear on the turntable while you shop, likely with Miles Turner, Ella Fitzgerald or some other great musician playing.

The store started with fine used furnishings but added new, artisan made wood furniture in 2014, then new, custom upholstered furniture in 2016. So while you can still shop for the one of a kind pieces (say, an original railroad map chest/side table) you’ll also find new, made in Wisconsin furniture and art.

Stop in to see why Furniture Traders is the fasted growing furniture retailer/reseller in the midwest. Our Facebook page is updated daily with new items and shopping on line is encouraged. Call anytime if you have furniture you’d like to sell or need help outfitting a home. We are here to help.
